Orbi RBK50 white flashing light

Hi,

 

I have seen various posts outlining a similiar problems but the solutions proposed (reboot, reset , firmware download etc.) did not work.

 

For the firmware update, I connected (macos) to Orbi via ethernet but i could not connect to orbilogin.com due to which i cannot install the firmware update.

 

Is the device unrecoverable? Any suggestions?

    Hello shafman,

     

    I understand that you can not connect to your RBK50 system using (macOS). Are you able to connect using the Orbi app?

      Hi Kevin,

       

      Thanks for replying.. Unfortunately no. The wifi network that i had setup to access Orbi is not available at the moment.
