Orbi Rbr20 disconnects from mofi modem and unable to reconnect
I have had my Orbi RBR20 up and running with no problems for over a year via ATT DSL (we live in the "country" and have few internet choices). A week ago, I switched over to Ubifi (a cellular internet provider) using a Mofi modem/router. I had no problem initially connecting my orbi and satellite with the modem (I turned on the passthrough and disabled the modem's wifi function). Everything was great for a few days and suddenly the Orbi disconnected. My internet is working fine and when I turn on the wifi function on the mofi modem, I have no problems getting wifi through it. I cannot reconnect my Orbi to the modem now, I get most of the way through the set up and I get the "cables connected" but "no internet". I have been through about 100 resets/reboots and I am about to lose it. I also tried to change the orbi from "router" to "ap" and that did not work. My firmware is up to date. Any suggestions for a non techie person?
Thanks!

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Built in router here by chance? If so, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopV16 is the latest FW version:

Thank you FURRYe38 for responding.
The modem is a MOFI4500-4gxeLTE with a built in router. I have the modem configured to Passthrough/bridge mode with the wifi disabled and my Orbi in router mode. That worked for a few days, but now I can't connect back up. I can try the other option (disconnecting the wifi radio on the modem) though that may be beyond my skillset. I'll let you know how that goes, I appreciate the response
