Orbi Satellite RBS50 synch lights do not come on and will not sych

The synch lights will not light up and therefore the router will not synch to the network.  I have followed all instructions and reset the entire system, including bringing the satellite router into the same room as the Orbi Router RBR50.  Any suggestion?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Be sure FW on the RBR is same on the RBS.

I understand that you are not able to sync your RBS50 to your RBR50. This can be caused by a difference in firmware between your RBR50 and your RBS50. Please ensure that the firmware that is installed on your RBR50 matches the firmware that is installed on your RBS50. A firmware update will need to be performed if there is a difference in firmware between your devices.
