Orbi rbr50 I get error trying to check for new firmware

Some details would be helpful.  Perhaps take a screen shot of this message and use the "Browse" button to attach it?

login to your Orbi via PC

@vajim Thank you. The RBR50 router has the latest firmware version; V2.7.2.104. I typically use an iPhone to check for firmware updates. I suppose this time the app for Apple has the fireware check error problem.

The Netgear Team updated their Orbi app for iOS and fixed the "Firmware Check Error" checking firmware update problem for my RBR50 router. I can now check for an update without using my laptop.
