Orbi voice not connecting to Alexa

Connected my rbs40v to the router and network as a second satellite and can’t get it to connect to amazon or Alexa to work

    Same issue- Amazon keeps timing out when attempting to link the accounts.

      I have got the same issue. RBS40V working fine as the satellite but the Alexa is not working. When I called it, it says "not registered to ORBI" and asked to open ORBI app where no solution is provided there.

        Hi m9farid

         

        Kindly launch the Orbi App > tap Voice Controls > Details > Amazon Account. Please check if you are still logged into your Amazon Account. 

         

        Does restarting the Orbi Voice Satellite fix the issue? 

        What is the model number of the Orbi Router and firmware version?
