Re: Orbi wifi not visible
What Firmware version is currently loaded? V16 is available for download.
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

My primary WiFi is working - multiple devices are connected to it, but it's not visible, and there's no settings to make it visible.
It would be helpful to know how you administer the Orbi system. The Orbi "app" has no settings to change whether the WiFi network SSID is being broadcast. The Orbi web interface, on the other hand, has a provision to have the Orbi "Broadcast" or "not broadcast" the SSID on both the 2.4G and the 5G WiFi channels.
This is on the Advanced Tab, Advanced Settings, Wireless Settings.

Re: Orbi wifi not visible
The guest wifi has a radio box to enable SSID broadcast, butprimary WiFi does not.
(Often this setting is called "make visible", and I was going to memory)

Re: Orbi wifi not visible
Is the 2.4 and 5G SSID Broadcast check boxes checked and enabled under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings?
They should be by default. If they are and you don't see your SSID name on any device, factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a wired PC. Before you start the setup wizard, look on your devices for the Orbi## SSID name, it should be seen here. If its seen, start the setup wizard and complete it. I recommend giving a new custom SSID name and PW. The name should be intuitive and or fun.
