RBK43s saying offline but my internet works on phone and laptops but not on smart tv

My RBk 43s router is offline but satellites are showing in green in app. Also wifi is working on Phones and laptops but not on my smart tv.
Please suggest, Thanks in advance

    There are numerous reports of the "app" giving misleading information.  "Green" for satellites on the app means only that the connection between the satellite and router is good.  Has nothing to do with internet access."Offline" for the router seems to depend on some "test" that the app performs which is not always successful.  If devices actually have internet access, "Who you going to believe, the app or your own experience?"  Duh!

     

    This may be a good time to power off the smart TV. Turn it back on and go through the network setup screen again.

    I have a Vizio TV. It was stubborn and wanted to connect 2.4Ghz even though it was 3 ft from the Orbi router. I ended up having to do a TV soft reset, connect to the guest WIFI, then change to the WIFI before it would lock into 5Ghz. Now it stays on the proper WIFI at 5Ghz, even if I reboot the Orbi or we lose power.
