RBK53s reset password on second hand Orbi

Hi, I've bought a Orbi 53s off ebay. I have tried to connect to the router by using the Orbi app and the QR code. When I tried to login to the router I use the sellers user name which he supplied, it then asked for a password. But as the seller couldn't remember the password  I'm stumped and can't get passed this point..

 

Unfortnately I don't seem to be able to raise him again on email so I'm left hanging.

 

Q1, is there away around this?  FYI no I don't know the email address he used so I could reset the pasword..

 

Q2. Should I just do a factory reset on the router and two satilite units and start again?

 

Any advice would be helpful to this silver surfer.

    Yes, a Factory Reset will erase all user information from the router.  Reset them all and then configure them.

    I personally highly recommend connecting a computer to the router with an ethernet cable and setting it up with the web interface (http://orbilogin.net)
