TLDR: after FiOS modem reboot can't stream Netflix and several other services on Roku.Need to also manually add https:// on some address in browser.
Got a really perplexing issue here. It may in fact not be an Orbi issue at all.
Setup: Verizon FiOS
Orbi RBR20 with 2 satellites
Roku 3 (4230X)
I was watching Netflix this afternoon when the girlfriend complaining of connection issues. She restarted the FiOS modem.
Netflix now no longer will stream programs. I am able to access the account. The "grid" of programs loads. I am able to go the the program I was watching and it shows how much remains, but when I hit "resume" I get the error:
"We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title."
Plus the error code: tvq-pb-101 (3.1.19)
Amazon Prime also loads my account and program grid, but when I select a program to watch it errors out.
Meanwhile Youtube loads and plays videos just fine. So does the Roku Channel.
- Netflix (no)
- Amazon Prime (no)
- HBO Max (yes)
- Roku Channel (yes)
- Disney Plus (no "The connection timed out")
- CBS All Access (yes)
Also, on some sites that require login if I don't put in https:// first I can't get in. Example: ruku.com resolves to http://roku.com/BRS_wanlan_conflict.html and a prompt to log in.
401 Unauthorized

We can help you reset your router's admin password. You need your router's serial number, which can be found on the router label. Enter your router's serial number in the field and click the Continue button.
Here's what I've done:
- Restarted everything mulitple times.
- Removed and readded Netflix.
- Factory reset Roku.
- Verified FiOS WiFi is off and not conflcting with Orbi.
I'm at my wits end. Suggestions?

Turns out the Netflix error was a red herring. The real thing I should have focused on was the BRS_wanlan_conflict part.
I found an old post of yours where you recommended three different solutions. I choose number 2, which was to simply reset the Orbi, reboot the modem, and set up the Orbi as a new device. That solved it.... for now. If the GF reboots the modem again we will be back at the same point.
Your first recommendation was to configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. I need to look into that as a more perminant solution, but for now I'm able to stream again.
So... for anyone reading this in the future.... if you get this particular error don't factory reset your Roku, and don't remove and re-add Netflix. Not at least until you try looking up FURRYe38's solution for the BRS wanlan conflict.

Contact Netflix and Disney for help and information since these are the only two apps failing and others are working.

Good to hear.
Ya some modems come with built in routers. Glad the suggestion helped.
Enjoy.
