TV's wont connect to new orbi router. Everything else does.
Opened case with ORBI customer support but have not heard back. Contacted spectrum - said to contact ORBI. Tried everything suggested through TV prompts and everything I could find online. Nothing ...

It usually says “unable to connect to wireless router”. One time it did say “connected to local network but cannot connect to Internet”. The network shows up but won’t connect.

Have you checked the access control settings? Do you have access control enabled, and block new devices as the default setting? If so, then any new (to your network) device you connect will connect to the wifi but be blocked from internet access. You won't be ablethis from your device unless you're able to open a web browser and try to open a page there, at which point you'll get a notice in your browser saying something to the effect of, your internet access has been blocked by your router, and to please contact your administrator.
