RBE771 with 2 Satellite Mesh RBE770 - Freezing time to time - Requires reboot
I have been using this system since 2 months now and the main router is connected to ATT ( 1 GBPS) Router with two Satellite in different rooms to cover all devices. Time after time it freezes every 2-3 days while other devices are still running fine on one Satellite extender and then only solution then comes down to rebooting the main ORBI router. Tring to figure out what could be the issue. Firmware I see we are using is 10.5.13.1

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router.

Try option #2 first... - ManpreetGorayaInitiate
The ATT Modem model is BGW 320-500
I have a Cat 5E cable for the moment but I can order a CAT6A STP to see the difference.

Okay, Yes it also has a active WIFI running though we are not using it. Let me disable the active wifi on Modem which we are not using. Thank you

Be sure to also use the modems DMZ or IP pass thru feature for the RBR.
