Can not use Orbilogin.com with Orbi RBR50
I have an Arris DG1670A cable modem/router. The 5GHz and 2.4GHz wireless signals are OFF, the Firewall is OFF, and the NAT is set to BRIDGED. I've confirmed with my ISP provider that these are the ap...

Thanks. That helps. You said your other devices can reach Orbi at http://192.168.1.1. So, this sounds like an issue with your one laptop and not an Orbi issue.
You said you can get to 192.168.1.5 and 192.169.1.2, but you didn't specify if that was from the problem laptop or from your other devices.

Thanks. I am using the problem laptop (which I've never had problems with before) to connect to the printer and network storage at those IP addresses. I can also connect to the modem at 192.168.100.1:8080.
It is baffling me ... I have pinged 192.168.1.1 and that comes back at 1 ms, and I ran tracert and got no hops.
I just checked my hosts file and nothing there.
I also verified that my browser (Chrome) has javascript enabled. I've also tried internet explorer and edge and same result - won't connect
The error I get from Chrome is
This site can't be reached.
The connection was reset.

Strange. How exactly are you connecting to the modem at 192.168.100.1:8080 if the laptop is connected to the 192.168.1.0 subnet?
Is the wired NIC active in the laptop? Does the wired NIC have a hard-coded IP address perhaps?

Good point. Right now I am using the wireless connection (but I've tried the wired). I can say for sure neither have a hard-codd IP address.
The Arris when in Router mode (NAT mode RoutedWithNAT) is connected at 192.168.0.1, but when you switch it to Bridged you have to connect at 192.168.100.1:8080.
When I look at the DHCP settings of the Arris I see the subnet mask is 255.255.254.0 (this is under WAN setup).
I just checked the orbi (through my phone) and the IP Address is 192.168.1.1 and the DHCP server is on. The subnet mask is 255.255.254.0
I'm not sure is this is a problem, but the DHCP server of the Arris is also on ... I wasn't told by the ISP tech to change that though

You don't want two DHCP servers running. Turn off the Arris DHCP and let Orbi handle DHCP.
If the subnet mask is really set to 255.255.254.0, then I believe the subnet mask is causing problems.
You want to use 255.255.255.0 as the subnet mask. 255.255.254.0 is not appropriate for Subnet 192.168.1.1.
You don't want Orbi to have 192.168.1.1 with 255.255.254.0.
Turn off the Arris DHCP and restart everything.
Mark sure Orbi then has a LAN IP address of 192.168.1.1 with 255.255.255.0 as the subnet mask.
