Disney Circle Passcode Reset Not Sending to my Phone

Hi everyone, I've reset my phone recently and need to reinstall the Circle App but everytime I get to the resend Passcode nothing is being sent to my phone. Any solution on this? Thanks.

    I’ve tried but I can’t get through as my product warranty is over that’s why I have to ask here. I think they (Netgear) just don’t care. However, I manage to email Circle Disney Direct after a day of messaging and emailing I finally got an email address that responded. Thanks to Liam from Circle, just in case you need to contact them here is the responding email address support@circlehelp.zendesk.com. They emailed the code.
