Orbi connection to cell phone

I live in a remote mountain area and use Viasat as my internet connection. Not good and expensive. What Orbi hardware do I need to connect to an iPhone 11 using AT&T as a provider?

Re: Orbi connection to cell phone

First off, does your ISP provide you with a modem that has a built in router? If so, This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended if you choose to install a Orbi system. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

You can review the Orbi LTE system if you wan to use a cell service provider for your connection:

WiFi routers are designed to connect to a cable modem or fiber ONT using ethernet.  iPhones have no ethernet jack, so it is physically imposible to connect an Orbi (or any other brand) WiFi router to the iPhone.

Many people report using an LTE modem with their mobile provider.  Most LTE modems are packaged as combination LTE modem/WiFi router units.  If the property is too large to get good coverage from the built-in WiFi, you can connect an Orbi mesh system to the LTE modem.  @FURRYe38 is correct to point out that having two routers can cause problems for specific applications and there are ways to work around those problems if they occur.

I hope I have  not somehow missed the point of the question.
