Struggle setting up Orbi RBK13

Recently, bought a used Orbi RBK13 from ebay, followed all the steps right but somehow I am not able to login to the wifi named 'ORBI00'

I resetted the orbi router, the setup says I am supposed to get wifi called 'Orbi_setup'

I am unaware of the password.. also tried copying password from the orbi app ... even that dont work

The light on the router is solid blue

Any help would be much appreciated... thanks guys

So try pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Connect a wired PC to the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com with a web browser...

Try connecting a pc/laptop to the lan port. disable the wifi on the device you connect to it. Then attempt setup. This tends to go the smoothest for setup. 

Also, when many reset, the just click the reset button. It needs to be pushed and held for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
