Youview BT/Plusnet TV Issues
Wonder if anyone can help. I have Plusnet TV with Youview, I am using the Openreach Huawei modem and RBK30 Orbi system with IGMP proxy enabled and BT IGMP support enabled also. After about 5 minutes of watching an IPTV channel on the Youview box, I am presented with the IPC6023 error. Has anyone managed to resolve this?
Only other option I have is to setup Orbi in AP mode and use the ISP supplied router for DHCP. Id rather have the Orbi handle DHCP etc., the ISP supplied router has locked down DNS :(

Modem Combo Units:
This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopYou might try Option #2 first, if not, see if option #3 works better...

- Looks like option 3 it is! I’ve read a number of people having the same issue, is this something Netgear can take a look in to?

This is probably something that may not be support officialy as some ISPs or TV services require the use of there devices.
Might check and see if disabling IGMP protocol on the RBR doesn't anything. Should be under Advanced Tab, Advanced settings section...
You can file a support ticket here with NG and see if they can look into this:
