Can't solve red light problem

Got 3 pl1000 adapters in house. Having worked perfectly for 6 months suddenly the bottom light on primary box is red so not didtributing signal. Have done all the checks on my sky router, speed is good.

Have tried resetting netgear boxes, have plugged into different socket and have changed lan cable, all with no success. Any other advice would be appreciated

    anything new power wise added to the home? appliances? 

    Usually if a device goes bad, its 1. for all 3 to not be working, it indicates that something is injecting interference into the powerline system and causing issues. 

    Easy check? try them at someone else's place and close together. if they work, something in your home is causing issues.

      After all that, it turns out Sky broadband was down nationwide. Despite them telling me me everything was fine it wasn’t. Thanks for reply and I will bear your info in mind for future
