Can't connet readynas 424 connect to Mac remotely

Hi, unfortunately somehow I can't connect MAC device to my readynas 424 wit the ReadyCloud App. For Windows is working very well. But for MAC is not working. The NAS 424 is located in Bulgaria and I want my colleagues for the USA with MAC's to access it. But is not possible. Is someone have some workaround?

    Hi IvanAlteya,

     

    May I know the error that you are getting on the ReadyCLOUD app for Mac?

     

    What is the OS version of the Mac computer?

     

    If you have security software or firewall on the Mac computer, you may try disabling that and see if you will still have the same issue.

      Hi

      The erros is : Online (VPN Disconected). I have research the forum for the same issue but rebooting the 424, the Mac and reinstalling the app has not worked for me. The MacOS is Mojave (Version 10.14) and the firewall is disconected.

       

      This is a very big issue for my business and I hope that it can be repare.
