ReadyNAS 2304 System: Cannot install application

Hello NETGEAR Community,

I need help with my ReadyNAS, I'm not able to install, update or uninstall any APP.

I have my NETGEAR ReadyNAS 2304 (RR2304) running firmware 6.10.5

I had NAKIVO Transporter APP installed and working properly, but a newer version came out and when I tried to update the app I'm getting: System: Cannot install application nbr-transporter.

I contacted the NAKIVO support team but they said there's something wrong with my app library or database since it's not installing any other apps, I'm still getting an error when trying to install from the available apps tab.

I have tried to uninstall and re-install the app but with no success. I've also enabled SSH to run these commands which are a possible solution:

apt-get autoclean
apt-get autoremove
apt-get clean
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade --fix-missing

But still no luck, in the console I'm getting this message:

E: The package nbr-transporter needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.

Any suggestions or solution for this?
