I managed to Install this app.
Went to MYSQL
Expand Database "vmail"
Browse "mailbox"
SELECT *
FROM `mailbox`
LIMIT 0 , 30
This will reveal the Username & Password.
Log in
Create Your Domain With user & Make it Global Admin
Log in as your New user
Remove iredadmin.com
Note: I had to reset MYSQL root without password to allow install (Please remember to assign a root password again after)
