Download link for Orb

I am trying to install the orb_1.4.bin onto my ReadyNas Duo I get an error saying checksum error.. aborting. any ideas?

Tried downloading it several times, its 96Kb.. Every time it says invalid checksum..

The Orb add-on is only available for ReadyNAS boxes with Intel CPU. The Duo is a model with Sparc CPU and thus has neither the needed CPU architecture nor has the CPU in the Duo the necessary power to run the Orb add-on.

Is 1.4 still the most current? I thought there was a 1.5 but cannot find it. As I continue to have issues with Orb scanning pictures and crashing I'm hoping the Orb team continues develop for the ReadyNAS line.

Seems like ReadyNAS support has been lacking in general. I see lots of topic in the forum that goes unresolved/no reply. This is really too bad. Anyways...

I've just updated Orb Live app on my iPad and it complains that it needs a newer version of Orb Caster. I don't think orb plugin for readynas is called orb caster but I believe it's not working with the client app anymore. I used to login using the same username but this time, it doesn't want to recognize that I do have Orb 'server' in my account. I'm using ReadyNAS Pro Pioneer and Orb plugin v1.4.

I've tried installing the latest Orb Caster in one of my computers just wondering if that would kinda kick the service to recognize both of my Orb in my Readynas and newly installed Orb Caster. The issue here is that you can only relate 1 set of share with 1 username so i'm out of luck there.

I would love to be able to stream from my ReadyNAS again! Any suggestion/fix?

Seems the support for Orb on ReadyNAS x86 is not being updated. The newest iPhone Apps don't work anymore with version 1.4...

There is a community add-on you can try, I think it is called Subsonic...
