USB disks for storage and RAID 1

Hi,

I currently have four disks setup in RAID 1 and want to add external USB disks to create a third share.

Is it possible? With RAID or without? Or is external disk intended only for backup?

After the USB HDD connecting to the NAS, a share called USB_HDD_x is generated in the newly attached USB HDD. You can use it as other shares in your NAS. But it doesn't support creating RAID in USB HDDs.
