Last evening I called support as my router malfunctioned. The support person could not authorize my credit card and tried several times. Then my wif advanced two credit cards with the same results. Still the person indicated not authorized. She indicated that she would fix my issue then send me billing in the mail. I agreed. I check my on line banking and all credit cards were charged the same amount 70.33 with one card charged 2 times.
