Can't rename 5G network
Today my antivirus prompted me to upgrade this router's firmware, and with that came a factory reset of the router. I'm in the process of renaming the networks and resetting the passwords and can't r...

And which version are you running now? And does it stop your
(unspecified) "my antivirus" from complaining about it?

What does "with that came a factory reset" mean to you? After a
firmware update, the router will restart, but it may not do a settings
reset. You might want to try that.

With my weak psychic powers, I have no idea what you could or
couldn't find.

Scroll down? It might be helpful to attach a picture of that page.
If the firmware update left the router's settings scrambled, then a
settings reset might help.
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual. Look for "Factory Settings".

Firmware V1.0.1.58
"Factory reset" = whatever happens when you use a pin to push the reset button (hole) in the back of the router. Instructions from Netgear called this a factory reset.
"Documentation I can find" = documentation that comes up with a search on the Netgear site for "change name of 5g network r6200", which defaults to Netgear instructions designed for the old UI and many other unrelated/unhelpful documents. Suggestions for better search terms appreciated.
There is no option to scroll up or down within router settings/wireless settings.
I do not know how to assess whether the update left the settings scrambled. All of the former wireless names were gone, and I was able to re-enter two of them (guest and 2.4GHz).
I do not think that there is anything wrong with the router. I suspect that a switch is set incorrectly somewhere that would enable me to access/modify the 5G wireless name (SSID).
Thanks.
