Identifying model number of a Wifi router

I am helping to service a camera system using a netgear wifi router securely attached to the outdoor enclosure, so I cannot see the model number. I have the serial number accessible, but not the model number. The netgear box is black parallelipipedic shape. The real difference is that it has two USB ports near the 5 RJ-45. Antennas seems internal, and the box generate two SSIDs.
Any help identifying the model number is welcome.

I finally figured a way to get the Model Number using the Genie app. I entered the serial number, and it provided me with a Model Number WNDR4500 V2.
