Laptop will connect to wireless but will not connect to internet?

If you log into it, you can view the cable connections page. Take a screen snip of that and post it back here. It shows things like upstream/downstrea/snr, etc

an orange upstream light indicates that only 1 channel is locked. and thats what the cable connection page indicates.&nbsp;do you have any splitters or signal attenuators in the coax line? If so, I'd remove them.&nbsp;
