R6400v2 -

Hi guys, I’m staying at a family members house and the internet has completely stopped. I’m unsure of what to do as I’ve never dealt with this type of modem. Any tips or tricks would be great as I haven’t had internet in 2 days and have almost ran out of data for work. I’ve looked in the manual and it seems to be the internet light which has been flashing orange. It won’t let me upload a photo so please reach out if you think you may have idea

    The R6400v2 is a router, not a modem.

     

    Start by looking for the modem/ONT/gateway that connects this router to the Internet and check that it is working as expected.
