Router not accepting connections
Router not accepting connections. Ethernet port 3 has orange light. Router has been reset. Aside from the orange light the router appears to initiate after reset in a normal manor. The light in ethernet port 3 will comes on after reboot and remains lit even without any cable inserted. The modem appears to be functioning as the wifi signal is transmitted and even the autoconnect button seems to be working in as much as any devices connecting to it seem to be interacting with the router while attempting to connect. However, all attempts to connect to the router either through the wan port, any of the ethernet ports fail.

Re: Router not accepting connections
I have noticed than when I connect to it via any other ethernet port, I get the standard ips, on a 192.168.1.x network with a 255.255.255.0 subnet , the gateway listed as 192.168.1.1. When connecting to the "malfunctioning" port number 3, the ips and network are not the same. It assigns an IP of 169.254.192.35 and a subnet of 255.255.0.0 there is no gateway listed.
