Hi,
Our company (in NSW Australia) has recently had to begin the process of "upgrading" to the NBN. Telstra (our telco) provided us with a "Premium Business Grade" modem (as we are a business on a business account) - the Netgear V7610.
However I can't for the life of me figure out how to do something simple of this business grade modem like enable SNMP. Our previous modem of 10+ years (Cisco 877) did this fine, so I gather I'm just missing something. Do I need to telnet/ssh into the modem to gain access to the settings required to enable SNMP?

Looking at the available manual online, it seems that it doesn't have it.
Verify it with your ISP if it has or if there's a way to enable it.

Welcome to the community, @benhelps
Since this unit is provided to you by your ISP, it's best to contact them about enabling the setting you are requiring.
The firmware is provisioned by the ISP and they should be able to provide you the information.

Could you confirm that the stock firmware for the device does handle SNMP? (so I have something to go to the vendor with)
