Where is my dashboard for Router (R6400v2)

I logged into netgear to access my dashboard. Where did it go? Haven't logged in for years. Got new internet provider and I need to update router and extender info. I downloaded the app on my android phone, but it repeatedly fails my login attempts. I went onto computer to login. I changed my password. Shut down my phone to see if app updated but it did not. It automatically puts in my email address as user name, when it used to be admin. 

I don't see anywhere on the Netgear website to find my dashboard. How in the world do I get into my dashboard?

      I disabled the random MAC address on my Pixel phone, and I can now login to the Netgear app. Thank you.  This brings me to another question. I just switched to ATT fiber and they set up a new network with a new name. I reset my router and my attached devices are working, but the network is still showing as my old network name. Is the router detecting the new network even though the network has changed? Do I need to change any settings?

        If it's working, don't need to change anything.
