use router without wifi...
OK, this is unique, but I would like to clarify first that I am using this router WITHOUT internet. I don't need it to be connected to the Internet, and I won't ever use it for the Internet.
This router is simply connecting various computers/phones/iPads to an audio device so we can change the setting on it through the app that it works with.
That said:
Connecting to the device isn't the problem, BUT
Every device that tries to get on the Wi-Fi network to establish a connection gets prompted with a popup window asking to change the network's password. WHY? I've done this about 20x now, and it still does it each and every time on any device (Mac, PC, IOS, android).
Is this a bug? Does anyone know a solution?
Thanks

Re: use router without wifi...
as previously stated, it needs NO internet connection. the WIFI connection works fine for us to connect to, BUT each time we connect to the router on ANY device... it asks us to change the WIFI password. all I need is for any / all of our devices to connect to the router and NOT have it give us a pop-up that tries to make us change the password.
how do we stop that prompt?
