El modelo GS724Tv4 es un switch de capa 2, asà que no maneja direcciones IP, sólo MAC.
¿Necesita alguna cosa más?

Afraid, this does not depend on the switch capabilities, even on a L3 capable switch: The LLDP-MED data is provided from the connected device! Certainly for these two Biamp devices (the Tesira Forté, or the media device, don't have an option to provide additional alternate LLDP-MED including e.g. the IP address, so the LLDP-MED data is limited to what you see on the screenshot.
