It won't work.
These USB devices are for connecting a Windows PC to the internet. They do not work with TVs and other stuff.
As the Data Sheet says:
System Requirements
- Intel® Pentium® class PC
- Available USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 slot
- Microsoft® Windows® 7, 8, 8.1, 10, XP, Vista®: (32/64-bit)
That is for operation, not setting up.
