A6210 Adapter/Genie with Windows 10 Anniversary Edition - Adapter is not detected!!!!!

"A6210 Adapter/Genie with Windows 10 Anniversary Edition - Adapter is not detected!!!!!" This issue still exists and it appears that NETGEAR is NOT forthcomming with a solution. I just spoke on the phone to support... in this case the term support is a misnomer!! First off,  I'm sure that the "support" persons 4th language may have been english... She did not even seem to be able to understand what I was saying. She asked for the serial number of my adapter 4 times before she got it. Once she had the serial number her instant response was.... "It is out of warranty... we can not help you."

 

I know I'm only on customer, but I for one will NEVER buy another Netgear product!!  Ever!!!!

 

I've read every post here regarding this issue and none of the solutions solve my isser. Any one have any other ideas??

      I am too having this same issue...adapter not detected after latest update. What am I supposed to do? I will never buy another Netgear product as well!!!
