A6210 usb adapter driver problems....

ive been trying to get this to work for hours now and unfortunatly i couldnt, every time i would use the genie or the standalone .exe it would say it couldnt detect my adapter. ive looked and tried many solutions on the internet but sad to say none of them worked. every time i try to update or change the driver for the adapter it always gives me the same msg that "windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device" please help (btw im on windows 10)
