A7000 - MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1 won't install or work
I was trying to use my A7000 (works fine with Windows) on my MacBook Pro A1 with Big Sur 11.2.1.
The driver installer always fails. The A7000 itself never is recognized by the mac. Any ideas on how to get these to work together?

You will see various suggested links alongside this discussion.
Look in Recommendations. The top one goes here:
The installer for Mac doesn't provide a driver for the system to use, it installs a standalone program (StatusBarApp.app) that must be used to use the A7000. I too got the error message that the installation had failed; however, after approving the istallation in Settings->Security & Privacy, i found that the software was running.
Upon restarting I had to find where the applicatiion was installed and start running it again, but once i did my A7000 worked.
I found the application in this location: /Library/Application Support/WLAN
I created an alias and dragged it to my desktop so I can start the application when I need to use my A7000.
