Netgear A6210 Windows 10 5 GHZ problems

Dear people,

I've been having real headaches finding out what the problem is, but my Netgear A6210 simply won't find 5 GHz networks.

I work at my ISP, so I've tried changing every setting I could possibly think of and scanned all over with inSSIDer and netscan but no 5 GHz channels found.

If I plug in the stick I use at work (TP-Link Archer T4U) it instantly works.

I use all this in combination with a USB 3.0 port, and windows 10. Anyone can help me here?

Kind regards!

Randal

    Hi RandalV,

Please check the properties of A6210 under device manager. Check the channel mode, make sure it is on "both" and not 2.4Ghz only.
