No official tech support available?
I went to the support section and it seems that there is no tech support available if it is past 90 days of the sale date unless you pay for it. Is that for real?

Most people seek help here. It is often as good as calling the script monkeys on the official support lines.
Yep, called today on the UBS WNA 3100 adapter to check an error message. Wanted to find out if I needed a new one, 3 yrd. old or a Extender, THEY SAID My warranty was out and I had to pay. Sad, I would have bought both (from them) if they gave me an answer. To me this is not the way to to bussiness and they will loss in the end.
