Resource CD download link

So being the hopeless person i am i bought a wifi adapter not realising that i need to insert a resource CD. You see my PC doesnt have a disc drive. I've tried looking for a downloadable resource CD online but i cant quite find the version that my disc is. On the disc it says version 1.4 but i cant seem to find that specific version anywhere
