GS105 switch lights flashing in sequence

Every night I turn off the power outlet that powers my whole work area including this Netgear GS105 switch.  When I turn it on in the morning, sometimes the switch does not come back on.  The devices connected to it don't detect a connection, and the switch lights blink in sequence like this: 5, 4, 3, all off, all on, 5, 4, 3, all off, all on, repeat.  This sequence continues forever.  I'm guessing this some sort of diagnostic code; does anyone know what it means?  This happens about once a week, and I always fix it by powering the switch off and on again.
