Can't access shares

I *THINK* Im having a similar problem. I have a ReadyNAS Ultra4 that was all set up and running no problems. I got a new laptop, installed Raidar and all that. I can click on my NETWORK and see my NAS so I created a shortcut to the desk top.
When I go into the different file sections that I created I am unable to move files around.

When I try to move files I get a "Destination Folder Access Denied"

You need permission to perform this action.

Now, I was able to pull up that Windows Credentials Manager, but what it seems to be looking for a location or a address or something.. Am I correct? And if so what do I put? Do I use the stock address of the NAS?
