Cannot change file permission on homes

Having a Netgear ReadyNAS Duo v1, in home folder I copied some file, permissions are (seen in FileZilla):
fle(0755)(this is what I cannot delete, cannot change permissions)
flcdmp3(0755) (this is what I can manage)
I would like to delete all files with right of fle(0755), but I cannot and no way to change rights.
Any suggestion?

Can you right-click on the file (accessing it with SMB) and change the permissions that way?
There is an add-on that you can try here: http://www.readynas.com/contributed/ewok/FixHomeSh
If those two approaches fail, you might need to use ssh.
