Cannot connect ReadyNas Pro 6 on Mac OSX Ventura
Firmware 4.2.19
IP Address: 192.168.168.168 (00:1F:33:EA:BA:81)
RAIDar does identify the NAS, the number of discs, name, IP adress. However, it can't connect to the storage itself.
I can see several choices when loooking at the network in the Finder:
EzraNAS
EzraNAS (AFP)
EzraNAS (CIFS)
But when I click on any of them, EzraNAS (AFP) below, I get this error:
"There was a problem connecting to the server “EzraNAS (AFP)”.
The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again."
I used to be able to click on the "Connect As..." and enter the "admin" user and password I have set up, but this option doesnt work anyomore. When i click on "Connect As..." nothing happens.
Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

192.168.168.168 is the failover IP address of your NAS (the one it uses when DHCP fails). What is the IP of your PC? (it would need to be 192.168.168.x to connect). Did you try rebooting the NAS?
When was the last time you tried to connect to Frontview? If it's been a year, you likely will run into another issue (a SSL protocol/Cipher mismatch errror) after you get past this problem.
BTW, you are running firmware from 2012. Once you get past these issues you should update it to 4.2.31 (the final firmware for your NAS). Or (preferably) convert the NAS to run OS-6. But first we should focus on getting your access back.

If just re-booting doesn't help, try swapping Ethernet ports (on both the NAS and router/switch) and a new cable.
