Error 5000000001 Please Help

All of a sudden My NAS started giving my this error " 5000000001"

and it show it being off line in the Ready Cloud and I can not access the Admin page, but I can access thru a network drive I set up

I use it for my personnel Plex server and it backs up my Main Plex server that my family uses on R2D2. the only thing that happened recently to BB8 was it sent me an email saying that drive #1 reported so many errors(forgot how many) and that for me to be ready to replace the drive cause it was about to fail. I replaced the hard drive then this error started happening. I just put a new tv show on it using my network drive and it shows up in plex but can not access it through the admin page???
