Re: XR1000 Error "This Rapp is not loaded yet, please try again in a minute. "
All,
After reviewing many suggestions, fixes, etc... from many different sites my DumaOS rapps still not loading at all.
not sure how to proceed. Reinstalling firmware does not work either.
Any suggestions?
- I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/54949-dumaos-is-not-running/?do=findComment&comment=407569

- Could you let us know what you have attempted to do to fix it please and what firmware version you're on?
Thanks for the help.
So far I have, rebooted, restarted, reset to defaults, updated/rolled back firmware, removed power and waited for 10+ minutes, confirmed it is in the list of Installed Apps and set to run at start up.
Current version is XR1000 1.0.0.74_1.0.63
- Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
