You could try paid support (my.netgear.com).
Or alternatively you could do a factory default, reconfigure the NAS, and restore the data from a backup.

Understood. Though of course you can still do a factory default via the boot menu.
Do you have access to the data (my guess is no)?

And I have root ssh console to NAS.
It looks like your readynas database is somehow corrupted.
You should make a backup, as I think your your data is at risk. Then wait for paid support to rebuild the database.
