Please provide the logs if you can, so we can analyze them. Also are you on the newest firmware of the device. If you are. Try an OS Reinstall (dont worry your data and most of your settings are safe, just you need to redo your password, it resets to "netgear1" and also your IP settings reset back to DHCP). If your not on the newest firmware which is 4.2.22, please upgrade to it, and try it again.
