RN104 Lost all snapshots, prune worker deleted them all
Good morning
I've come in to the office this morning at the start of the week to do my routine server check and made a worrying discovery. Over the weekend our RN104 has decided to delete all the stored snapshots.

I know I was approaching capacity but was leaving that for the unit to autoprune as in the default settings, that is until I received the 20% capacity warning email on Saturday which added manually removing the oldest snapshots to this weeks agenda. Whatever has happened it wasn't a single decision as the snapshots were deleted at a routine hourly interval, not as a immediate sequential delete. It is clearly an error as in any legitimate reason for deleting the snapshots they would logically be deleted oldest to newest until a criteria was met. These were deleted new to old.
I'm currently running firmware version 6.9.0 and the unit is on 24/7 with a weekly backup to an external on site drive and quarterly back up to an off site drive. Currently the volume is reported as 1.12TB data with 711.48GB free. From memory the free space was reported around 250GB last week. Update to firmware 6.9.0 was completed 17th Nov. The volume is two drives in bays 1 and 3 in RAID 1. I don't think snapshots were included in the backups and I'm concerned about the rest of the drive data after such an event. I'm going to pull the full logs from the drive for any clues as to what has happened. Can anyone provide assistance on this?

Update:
I was cautious about making any changes until I had a better idea of what is going on here. Further information I have now is that no snapshots are now scheduled. I haven't altered the schedule since I set the unit up in 2015. Further entries to the log back to the firmware upgrades.

Frustratingly I hadn't noticed the lack of snapshots being taken since the upgrade to 6.9.0
