ReadyNAS RN102 Surveillance App

The recent update to OS 6.10.0 worked fine on my ReadyNAS 516 but bricked my ReadyNAS RN102.  After a day of wrestling with a USB update, a factory reset and formatting the hard drives I'm now up and running again.

 

The only thing not working is the additional 2 camera licence I have for the Surveillance App.

 

I have the original Serial Number but I was unable to export it before this issue.

 

From reading the Forums I think the Serial Number need to be reset at your Netgear end as the online activation thinks the Serial is in use.

 

Can this be reset please as I am currently unable to record 2 of my 3 security cameras?

    You may provide to me the following the information via PM (private message):

     

    1. Surveillance camera license key

    2. The serial number of the RN102

     

    I will check if we can still reset the license.
