I've bought an old readynas, and when I try to start, its still booting, and a message "ERR: Bad firmware" is showing. on the sticker are listed: FW v 4.1.7
How do I fix this problem. I don't have any cd, but somehow i may be possible to get the firmwareupdating online.

Try doing a factory default from the boot menu (with disks installed).
Instructions are on pages 23-24 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RND2110/Duov1_NV+v1_HW_en_06Dec11.pdf
Note your NAS can't handle disks that are bigger than 2 TB. Current firmware is 4.1.16: https://kb.netgear.com/000038792/RAIDiator-Version-4-1-16-Sparc
